RUSTIC SOURDOUGH SAN FRANCISCO STYLE

Good things take time! Our bakers utilize the slow-dough method to craft each loaf. We don’t add yeast to our loaves so the organic sourdough starter allows the bread to rise slowly to create the best taste and texture.  Sourdough is not only the best choice for gut health, but it is also one of the most nutritious kinds of bread.   This hearth-baked bread is full of vitamins, easy to digest, and can help regulate blood sugar.  This is the same mix as the smaller pan-shaped sourdough bread but it is baked on the stone without the pan.  The fermentation time on this loaf is over 24 hours.   Made with no sugar, no dairy, no yeast, no eggs, and made with 100% certified organic flour.  This loaf is sliced and will come in a plastic retail package.  The price for this loaf is  $6.99
