We ship each order on the day it was baked to ensure the FRESHEST bread. Online orders are shipped once per week on Tuesdays. The cutoff time to be shipped on Tuesday is midnight on the previous Saturday. Our breads are ALL NATURAL without preservatives so please check your transit times.

INGREDIENTS
Organic Wheat Flour is an excellent source of whole grains that also adds fiber.
Quinoa is a complete protein source and has all 9 amino acids, plus fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, vitamin E and other antioxidants.
Millet is rich in B vitamins, manganese and has been known to help arthritis and inflammation.
Cracked Rye is full of insoluble fibers which help food pass easily through the gut and prevent constipation. The ingredient is also known to keep you full for longer.
Barley is quite heart-healthy. The whole grain is rich in vitamin B-complex, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc, copper, protein, amino acids, dietary fiber, beta-glucans and various antioxidants.
Flax is high in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids which decrease risk of clogged arteries and heart attacks.
Chia is rich in nutrients and fiber. Chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
Sprouted Wheat grains are seeds that have just started sprouting and haven’t matured into full plants yet. The young seed has more available nutrients, including potassium, folate, vitamin B6 and it has low cholesterol levels.
