NORTH COUNTRY SOURDOUGH

Our signature loaf is inspired by the great French baker Lionel Poilane. We make this loaf with a hearty two-grain sourdough containing just enough stone ground rye for good color.
Plate up for excellent burgers, or toast with extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic. This loaf will come pre-sliced and in a plastic retail package.   Made with no eggs, no dairy, no yeast, no sugar, no GMO’s, no fooling!   Fermentation time is over 24 hours.  The price for a loaf is $6.99

The Crusty Loaves made with organic flour, well water and sea salt, allowed to rise slowly and baked in a steam-injected German oven. They can be found on shelves of groceries and specialty food stores and on restaurant tables throughout northwest Michigan.
