The Northern Baking Italian is traditional and dependable; simply put the best foundation to your everyday sandwich!

It’s a classic Italian white bread with a mild crumb, chewy texture,  and a thin crust.  We use US-source conventional wheat flour without bleach or Bromides.  The flavor is rich, creamy, and naturally sweet.

The Crusty Loaves made with organic flour, well water and sea salt, allowed to rise slowly and baked in a steam-injected German oven. They can be found on shelves of groceries and specialty food stores and on restaurant tables throughout northwest Michigan.
