Good things take time. Our bakers utilize The Slow-Dough Method to craft each loaf. No yeast is added to our loaves, and our sourdough rises slowly to create the best taste and texture. Our sourdough is one of the most nutritious on the market.  Made with organic flour and packed full of vitamins, easy to digest, and it can even help regulate blood sugar. No sugar, no dairy, no yeast, no eggs, and made with 100% certified organic flour.  This is the same mix as our Rustic Sourdough but we bake it in a pan for a softer crust and tighter crumb.  This will come pre-sliced in a plastic retail package.  The price per loaf is $4.99
