With cracked wheat, oats, rye, grits, barley grits, millet cornmeal, flax, and a little bit of sea salt, this loaf is full of protein and fiber. Made with no sugar, no dairy, no yeast, no eggs, and 100% certified organic flour.  Our nine grain loaf is fermented for over 24 hours for gut health advantages.  This loaf is pre-sliced and in a plastic retail package.  The price per loaf is $6.99
