The best Sandwich for Road Trips

Turkey Sandwich with Goat Cheese and Jam Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of our San Francisco Sourdough Artisan Bread from Stone House Bread. For information on where to buy our bread, you can use our store locator or shop online.
- 2 tablespoons of Goat Cheese (room temperature for soft texture)
- 1 teaspoon of berry jam, or your preferred jam.
- 4–6 thinly sliced turkey breast
- And combine a handful of your favorite greens. Baby Spinach, Romaine Lettuce etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take one slice of bread and spread a layer of Goat Cheese, place the bread slice in the microwave for 5-10 seconds depending on heat level. Once your Goat Cheese has become malleable, spread your jam across the top of the goat cheese.
- The next step is to layer your turkey, arrange your turkey in even amounts across your sandwich, make sure you get some turkey in every bite!
- On the top we want to layer our greens, add our top layer of bread, cut the sandwich in two, and enjoy!
