A twist on the classic Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients
2 teaspoons butter
2 Northern Baking Company Country White Bread
2 teaspoons any flavor local fruit jelly
1 teaspoon peanut butter – we like all natural
Instructions
- Have a clean worksurface and gather all your ingredients.
- Bring a pan up to temperature on your stovetop-350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- On one side of your bread, lightly coat your bread with an even layer of butter. This will help the bread to crispen up during cooking.
- Take two slices of your now buttered bread, placing the butter side down, spread jelly on left slice (making sure the buttered side is down), and spreading peanut butter on the right slice of your bread.
- Put your 2 slices of bread together bread slices together, so your peanut butter and jelly are on the inside, and your butter is on the outside.
- Place your sandwich in your preheated pan, cook until golden brown and heated all the way through. Roughly 4 minutes per side.
- Take out of pan, place on a plate and slice in half.
Enjoy your gooey, melty, warm, sweet toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich. One of the best sandwiches of all time!
