We invest in the best ingredients from local farmers. Quality flour is the foundation of our breads.

We source most of our grains from Michigan farmers who are certified organic food producers.  

Our farmers and millers optimize taste and quality by harvesting the grain at just the right time. Taste, texture and nutrition are maximized when picked just after the seed has sprouted, but before it’s a full-fledged plant.

We have certifications from the National Organic Program, Quality Assurance International and our grains are non-GMO verified by the Global Organic Alliance, Inc.
