Beyond Our Ovens – At Stone House Bread, we are on a mission to be a part of something bigger! That is why we donate bread weekly to homeless shelters and pantries. As of February 2020, we have donated $66,810 worth of bread to homeless shelters and pantries in the communities that we serve.
A report released by the Michigan League for Public Policy in collaboration with Poverty Solutions at the University of Michigan, estimates the number of homeless children age 4 or younger in Michigan to be 15,565 according to Bridge Michigan.
