This slow rise creates exceptional taste and texture. Hearth-baked on stone, this loaf ferments for over 24 hours, making it rich in vitamins, easy to digest, and helpful for blood sugar regulation. Made with 100% certified organic flour and containing no sugar, dairy, yeast, or eggs. Pre-sliced and packaged in plastic for retail. $6.99 per loaf.
