This hearty two-grain sourdough features just the right amount of stone-ground rye for rich color and flavor. Long-fermented for over 24 hours, it delivers excellent taste, texture, and nutrition. Perfect for gourmet burgers or toasted with olive oil and fresh garlic. Made with no eggs, dairy, yeast, sugar, or GMOs — just real, honest ingredients. Pre-sliced and packaged in plastic for retail. $6.99 per loaf.

The Crusty Loaves made with organic flour, well water and sea salt, allowed to rise slowly and baked in a steam-injected German oven. They can be found on shelves of groceries and specialty food stores and on restaurant tables throughout northwest Michigan.
