NORTHERN BAKING SOURDOUGH

The Northern Baking Sourdough is naturally leavened with only unbleached, all-natural conventional wheat flour, filtered well water, sea salt, and the sourdough starter.  From the time we feed our starter to when a caramel-colored loaf emerges from the oven, 20 hours will have elapsed.  This real sourdough has a beautiful golden thin, soft crust and a moist and remarkably tender crumb.  Price per loaf $6.99
