Every loaf is handcrafted, and baked tenderly by our artisans in Traverse City, Michigan.
Other bakeries use sweeteners, dough conditioners, and fats linked to cancers, weight gain, heart disease, and diabetes.
We believe in simple ingredients that stand the test of time. On every package, you’ll recognize what’s inside: organic flour, yeast, well-water and sea salt.
And you’ll notice what’s not: no additives, zero GMOs, no preservatives and no milk.
